: Office Executive (Female) - HORECA Disposable and Packaging Company
We are looking for a Female Office Executive to manage daily office operations for our HORECA disposable & packaging company.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle office coordination and day-to-day administrative work
Manage calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Prepare invoices, quotations, and basic reports
Maintain records, files, and data entry
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams
Follow up with clients and vendors when required
Requirements
:
Female candidate preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Knowledge of Social media will be a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
Freshers can apply (experience is a plus)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
