Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Maintain files, records, documents, and office data.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support staff.
Handle office supplies, assets, and inventory.
Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitors.
2. Process Coordinator (PC) Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate internal processes across departments.
Ensure timely flow of information between sales, accounts, production, and dispatch.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities.
Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and inter-department dependencies.
Maintain process-related MIS and reports.
Identify gaps in processes and report improvements to management.
Ensure SOPs are followed and updated as required.
3. Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities
Provide direct support to senior management.
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Draft emails, notices, letters, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Track action points and ensure timely closure.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Office Administration / EA / Process Coordination role.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing / Industrial setup experience.
Exposure to SOP implementation and reporting.
