Office Executive cum Secretary

who can manage day-to-day office operations, drafting, client coordination, meeting scheduling, and support senior management. Candidate should be smart, organized, and good in communication.

Key Responsibilities



Senior management ?? ??? secretary support Phone calls, emails ?? client communication handle ???? Meetings schedule ????, follow-up ???? ?? reminders ???? Office files, records, documents ?? management Drafting letters, official communication, and reports Visitors ?? clients ?? professional handling Basic accounting entries, bills/receipts filing & data entry Office admin work: stationery, documents, courier tracking Tender/Project team ?? basic support (if required)

Required Skills



Excellent communication (Hindi & Basic English) MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ?? email drafting ??? proficiency Good typing speed & computer handling Smart, presentable, disciplined & well-organized Follow-up, coordination ?? time management skills Independent working and confidentiality maintain ???? ?? ??????

Qualifications



Minimum Graduate Office executive/secretarial or admin role ?? prior experience preferred
