Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of our systems. You will play a critical role in supporting our users and managing the organization's software and hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and applications.

User Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.

Security Management:

Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and systems from breaches.

Backup and Recovery:

Ensure regular data backups and establish recovery procedures to minimize downtime.

Monitoring:

Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and make recommendations for improvements.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides.

ERP Systems Support:

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of ERP software; provide user support and training as needed.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: 5 years

Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role. Experience with computer system.
Personal Attributes:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
