Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer queries and vendor coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Support teams with data entry, attendance, and invoice processing.
Assist in sales and after sales processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an customer support and admin role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
