Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company records, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prepare, issue, and maintain bills, invoices, and receipts with GST compliance.
Handle client communication (emails, calls, and documentation) in clear and professional English.
Assist in vendor coordination, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate data entry for sales, service, and accounting purposes.
Support management with preparing MIS reports, quotations, and proposals.
Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of tax-related documents.
Assist in general office administration and provide support to the operations team.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of GST billing, invoicing, and basic accounting.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration preferred.
