We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The role involves managing office tasks, coordinating with teams, and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and correspondence (both physical and digital).
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other communications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
