Job Description

Clean Warks is looking for a

responsible and well-organized Office Administrator

to handle customer calls, manage service bookings, and coordinate daily office operations.

This role is critical to our business. You will be the

first point of contact for customers

, so clear communication and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally Take service bookings accurately (home cleaning, sofa cleaning, AC cleaning, etc.) Follow up on bookings, confirmations, and customer queries Coordinate with supervisors and cleaning teams regarding schedules Update booking details, customer information, and basic records Handle basic follow-ups for payments and service completion Assist with simple social media tasks (replying to messages, sharing posts if required) Maintain daily call and booking records

Required Skills & Qualifications



Good communication skills in

Malayalam and basic English

Pleasant and confident phone manner Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Excel, CRM or booking tools) Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior experience in office admin, call handling, customer support, or service industry is an advantage Social media awareness (Instagram, Facebook messages) is a

plus
