We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Office Administrator cum Sales Executive

to manage daily office operations while supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination Manage calls, emails, inquiries, and client follow-ups Assist in sales operations and maintain customer relationships Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow Maintain records, files, and office documentation Support marketing and sales activities when required

Requirements:



Female candidates preferred 2-3 years of experience in administration and/or sales Good communication skills in English & Malayalam Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer-oriented and professional attitude
