We are seeking a

responsible and well-organized preferably lady professional

to manage office administration and daily operations. The role requires hands-on involvement in

office management, basic accounts, employee coordination, and social media campaign support

, ensuring smooth functioning of both the organization and the foundation.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Office Administration & Operations



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow Handle documentation, office records, approvals, and coordination Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams Support management in operational planning and execution

2. Employee Records & Support



Maintain accurate and

confidential employee records

, including attendance, leave, and personal details Monitor employee attendance and leave tracking Address employee inquiries, concerns, and routine issues Escalate sensitive or unresolved matters to the

Director or HR department

when required

3. Accounts & Financial Coordination



Handle basic accounts, invoicing, billing, and expense tracking Coordinate with accountant/CA for statutory compliances Track payments, collections, and maintain financial records Prepare basic reports for management review

4. Social Media & Campaign Support



Assist in planning and execution of social media campaigns Coordinate with designers, content teams, and digital partners Support promotions for wellness initiatives, events, and programs Track basic engagement and campaign activities

5. Coordination & Communication



Act as a coordination point between

Fresh Start Wellness Cafe

and

Y2K Tots Foundation

Communicate with schools, hospitals, corporates, partners, and donors Assist in organizing events, awareness programs, and campaigns

Candidate Profile:



Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Commerce preferred) Working knowledge of office administration, basic accounts, and social media Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently Experience in NGO, healthcare, wellness, or food sector is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Office management: 2 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:

75% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
