We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as an

Office Administrator cum Driver

. This role involves handling day-to-day office administrative tasks, providing transportation services as needed, and ensuring smooth operations within a 4-km radius of the office.

Responsibilities


1.

Administrative Duties:



Manage and organize office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and supply inventory. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless office functioning. Support team members with miscellaneous administrative needs. Handle basic office maintenance tasks when required.

Driving Duties:



Safely transport staff, guests, or goods as per the company's needs. Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs within the designated area. Maintain and care for the assigned company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and timely servicing.

General Support:



Assist with errands or deliveries within the 4-km vicinity of the office. Provide assistance during events or meetings as required. Act as a backup for office tasks or transport-related requirements in emergencies.

Requirements



Education:

Graduation.

Driving License:

Valid and up-to-date driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative role and/or as a driver is preferred. Good knowledge of local routes and areas within the specified radius.

Male candidates preferred

Age Limit

: Up to 30 years

Other Details:



Work Timings:

Full-Time (Flexible Working Hours) as per operational requirements.

Proximity Requirement:

Candidates residing within 4 km of the office will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?16,226.00 per month
