Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
office administration and/or digital marketing
roles.
Proven ability to manage
administrative operations, vendor coordination, and team support
.
Experience with
social media platforms, content creation, and online campaigns
.
Technical Skills:
MS Office Suite:
Advanced skills in Excel (data reports, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
Digital Marketing Tools:
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, and email marketing software.
Familiarity with website content management (WordPress or similar) is a plus.
Administrative Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations.
Vendor coordination, documentation, scheduling, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and correspondence drafting ability.
Marketing Skills:
Ability to create and execute
social media strategies
to grow online presence.
Experience in
running ad campaigns
, creating engaging content, and monitoring analytics.
Knowledge of
branding, promotions, and lead generation strategies
.
Educational Qualification:
Degree or diploma in
Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
preferred.
