We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Admin cum Coordinator to handle day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
The role involves managing documentation, vendor and client follow-ups, scheduling, and assisting management with reports and communication.
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence. You must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Managing office records, correspondence, and follow-ups
Coordinating with accounts, operations, and field teams
Preparing daily/weekly reports and assisting management
Handling calls, visitors, and office logistics.
