We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative tasks, correspondence, and documentation.
Prepare, format, and maintain reports, letters, and business documents using MS Word.
Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets, budgets, and data reports in MS Excel.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules.
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination.
Support team members with documentation, presentations, and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma. Prefernce to Engineers and Diploma holders
Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
