Job Description

We want someone who can

take charge of our business operations end-to-end

-- from handling front office duties to supporting management decisions. The ideal candidate is reliable, resourceful, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination Support HR tasks including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee communication Assist management in planning, scheduling, and executing business activities Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners
Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + local language) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable working from 9 AM to 7 PM
