Position Overview:
This role demands precision, speed, and consistency. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks that keep the tender process running smoothly. If you lack focus, struggle with basic office tools, or need constant supervision, this position isn't for you.
Key Responsibilities:
o Continuous follow-up with clients, vendors, and government departments--without waiting for reminders.
Communicate with clients confidently on phone calls and
convince them when required
regarding services, documents, or follow-up actions.
Prepare, organize, and maintain tender-related documents with zero mistakes.
Work efficiently with MS Office (Word/Excel) and Google Sheets--actual working skills, not basic familiarity.
Handle all email communication--drafting, replying, tracking, and maintaining proper records.
Manage internal coordination, scheduling, and file systems to maintain smooth office operations.
Assist in tender preparation, filing, and related documentation steps as needed.
Required Skills & Expectations:
Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace.
Understanding of tender documentation or the ability to learn quickly.
Clear, professional communication skills--no vague responses or delays.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; careless individuals will struggle here.
Fast learner with the discipline to follow procedures accurately every time.
Qualification:
Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in tender or documentation work is preferred.
