Key Responsibilities:Office & General Administration
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Oversee front office activities, stationery, office supplies, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, office repairs, procurement, and facility management.
Monitor security services and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervise housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure, pantry, utilities, and workstations.
Travel & Accommodation
Coordinate travel bookings (flights, trains, cabs) for employees.
Handle hotel/stay arrangements and itinerary planning.
Maintain travel expense records and approvals.
Booking & Scheduling
Manage meeting room bookings and calendar scheduling.
Organize meetings, internal events, and company activities.
Handle courier, dispatches, and logistics-related tasks.
Security & Compliance
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, security systems & access cards.
Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum
6+ years
of experience in office administration & facility management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience in vendor management & travel coordination.
