We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will handle office management tasks, support staff, and assist in coordinating company activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee general office operations and procedures. Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases. Prepare reports and documents as needed. Provide support to management and other departments as required

Requirements:



Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in administration. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work independently.
