Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and filing systems. Coordinate with the sales, installation, and management teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records, including invoices, purchase orders, and employee attendance. Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic service coordination. Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
