Job Title: Office Administrator / Assistant

Qualification: B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred; Diploma in Office Management / Administration / HR / Computer Applications preferred
Salary: ?22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
3. Manage and organize office files, records, and important documents.
4. Support basic accounting and bookkeeping functions (invoices, petty cash, etc.).
5. Assist management with administrative and HR-related tasks.
6. Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination.
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
2. Diploma in Office Management / Administration / HR / Computer Applications is an advantage.
3. 2-4 years of relevant office administration experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other documentation tools.
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and work independently.
