Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations, manage reporting functions, and support executive communication. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Draft professional proposals, letters, and business correspondences with precision.
Compile, analyze, and present data-driven reports for ongoing projects and performance tracking.
Maintain and update office records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative workflows.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative logistics.
Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in office administration, reporting, or executive support roles.
Excellent command of English with strong drafting and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
High level of accuracy, organizational ability, and time management.
Must possess a personal laptop for daily office use.
Strong multitasking capability and ability to work under minimal supervision.
