Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as directed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Required only experience candidate, who have 4-5 years of experience
