Drafting and typing official letters, emails, and office correspondence
Preparing quotations, invoices, and basic office documents
Coordinating with clients and handling follow-ups
Client visits for official work, document submission, and coordination (mainly for male staff)
Maintaining office records, files, and data
Supporting management with day-to-day office operations
Coordinating with internal departments and vendors
Attending phone calls and responding to client queries professionally
Required Skills:
Good letter writing and documentation skills
Experience in quotation preparation and basic billing
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements:
Male candidate should be willing to attend client visits and outdoor office work
Female candidates mainly for in-office documentation and coordination
