Job Description

Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including petty cash management and facility maintenance. Coordinate office activities, ensuring smooth operation of facilities and equipment. Oversee housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard company assets. Provide administrative support to senior staff as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile



Candidates with 1 year of experience into Admin role Strong knowledge of administration work, office administration, admin activities, petty cash management, facility management, housekeeping, and security management. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel , Powerpoint
Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
