We are a growing startup looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Office Administrator & Accounts Executive
to manage daily office operations along with basic accounting and financial tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination
Manage office supplies, vendors, and basic procurement
Maintain employee records and attendance
Support HR and management with administrative tasks
Schedule meetings and handle official correspondence
Accounts & Finance
Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Handle petty cash and bank transactions
Assist with GST, TDS, and basic compliance documentation
Coordinate with CA for monthly/annual filings
Maintain financial records and reports
Requirements
1-2 years experience in office administration and accounts
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office tools
Understanding of GST basics (India)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Good to Have
Experience in startup or small company setup
HR support experience (payroll, onboarding, etc.)
Knowledge of statutory compliance
