Office Administrative Assistant

for our client Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Administration:

Manage and organize day-to-day office operations, including filing, document management, and office supply inventory. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for team members. Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Documentation & Paperwork:

Process and manage all paperwork, including but not limited to client forms, internal reports, and various financial documents. Ensure that all documents are completed accurately and are submitted in a timely manner. Assist with documentation for bank compliance and regulatory requirements.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office files and documents. Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and databases as needed. Ensure all paperwork is stored securely and is easily accessible for relevant departments.

Coordination & Support:

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, such as helping with data entry or coordinating bank events or internal programs. Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Client Interaction:

Assist with customer service tasks by handling client queries and directing them to the appropriate department. Ensure all client-facing paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

General Office Tasks:

Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and organizing office files. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and organized.

Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Minimum of a

high school diploma

or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Fresher

Skills & Competencies:



Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards administrative tasks.
