Roles and Responsibilities
Communication Management
Answer client calls, and respond promptly to emails and messages.
Liaise professionally with high-profile clients, students, and external stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of office activities.
Administrative & Clerical Support
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, and coordinating courier services.
Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Office Operations
Monitor and manage office supplies, including researching, pricing, and purchasing items as required.
Maintain an inventory log and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Meeting , Event & Calendar Coordination
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, conferences, and appointments.
Ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
Manage inventory for event material
Staff & Team Support
Assist in maintaining staff schedules, attendance records, and leave tracking.
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and team initiatives.
Travel management
Make travel arrangements and ticket bookings, Hotel Booking for the team.
Other Responsibilities
Support senior management in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance overall office efficiency.
Compensation -
Will be determined on a case by case basis depending on the individuals skill set and experience. Potential for revenue share. We are very flexible!
