Oversee and follow up on student fee payments, working closely with both students and the accounts team to ensure prompt collection and proper documentation.
Handle Team Concerns:
Address daily team queries, support team morale, and communicate any issues or escalations to management for a smooth workflow.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team:
Collaborate with digital marketing staff to assist in campaigns, communications for fee reminders, and other student engagement activities.
Daily Updates to Manager:
Maintain accurate records and provide daily reports/updates to the manager regarding fee status, team issues, and student communications.
Administrative Support:
Answer calls, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and organize files as needed.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Use Excel and digital tools to update and maintain payment and communication logs for management reviews

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
