Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and coordinating various office activities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage scheduling, appointments, and correspondence for senior management. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation is in place. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus. A degree in business administration or related field is an advantage but not required.
