The Junior Office Administrator supports daily office operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organisation. This role is ideal for a fresher or entry-level candidate looking to build a career in administration.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and attend phone calls, emails, and visitors.
Maintain employee records, files, and office documents.
Assist in on boarding formalities for new employees.
Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks.
Handle inward and outward correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes if required.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
Support travel arrangements and expense tracking for staff.
Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the office.
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification:
Any graduate / Plus Two with good computer knowledge.
Experience:
Fresher or 0-1 year experience in office administration preferred.
