Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Create, format, and edit documents and reports using
Microsoft Word
Maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and analyze data using
Microsoft Excel
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Assist with inventory control and supply management
Maintain accurate records and support internal departments as needed
Help with organizing office procedures and administrative systems
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong command of
Microsoft Office Suite
, particularly
Excel (formulas, tables, charts)
and
Word (templates, formatting)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
