Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain office systems
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expenses, and petty cash
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
Support HR tasks such as employee records, onboarding, and attendance tracking
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
