Provide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring operational efficiency.
Manage and maintain records, reports, and internal databases with accuracy.
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Coordinate internal communications and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Liaise with other departments to ensure timely information flow.
Track and organize backend processes such as inventory, orders, or service logs.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Experience with internal admin tools or ERP systems is a plus.
