Assist HR in the execution of

Supervise and allocate tasks to support staff (peon/housekeeping) as required.
Maintain and update
inventory records
(office supplies, stationery, IT assets, etc).
Provide support in
internal and external office operations
and administrative work.
Ensure timely execution of
tasks assigned by HR
.
Support HR in routine activities, including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Prior experience in office administration/HR support preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and reliable approach to responsibilities.
