Job Summary
The
Administrative Assistant
will be responsible for handling office management, record-keeping, HR support, client coordination, and assisting the Director in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations, documents, and filing systems.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
HR & Staff Support
Track staff attendance, leave records, and work schedules.
Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Client & Project Coordination
Assist in scheduling client meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain service call logs, AMC schedules, and project tracking.
Support technicians with job sheets, inventory requests, and reporting.
Finance & Reporting Support
Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and expense records.
Assist in basic bookkeeping and reporting to management.
Support the Director in preparing monthly performance and KPI reports.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration/Equivalent.
1-2 years of experience
in administration, HR, or office management preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
Compensation
Salary:
?8,000 - ?15,000 (based on experience)
Incentives/Bonuses:
Performance-based (optional, as decided by management).
