Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination. Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination. Support HR and accounts departments in administrative tasks. Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Must possess a valid 2/4 wheeler driving license.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/09/2025
