Duties
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and payroll preparation.
Support management with administrative reports and data entry tasks.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers and journals.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally Prime).
