Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration tasks such as maintaining files, records, and correspondence.
Prepare, organize, and file applications and documents as required.
Draft and manage emails, letters, and office communications.
Support the accounting and management team in basic coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate with vendors when required.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records in
Excel
and other MS Office tools.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional office environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.(Accounting, Business Administration preferred)
1-3 years of relevant work experience in office administration or assistant roles.
Proficiency in
