Administration Executive

to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily administrative operations and office management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling activities. Maintain records, reports, and filing systems accurately. Provide support to management and assist in problem-solving. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed effectively.

Requirements



Fluency in

English and Hindi

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in administration or office management is an advantage.
