Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and operational coordination
Handle HR activities including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management
Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, students, and visitors
Coordinate internal communication, meetings, and basic scheduling
Support hiring logistics, interviews, and employee documentation
Maintain records, policies, and internal process documentation
Assist the founder in ensuring discipline, clarity, and smooth operations

Experience in office administration and basic HR operations
