Role Overview



We are looking for a

reliable and people-oriented Office Admin + HR professional

who will act as the central point of coordination for office operations, people management, and communication.

This role ensures that the office runs smoothly, culture stays healthy, and teams can focus on execution.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and operational coordination Handle HR activities including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, students, and visitors Coordinate internal communication, meetings, and basic scheduling Support hiring logistics, interviews, and employee documentation Maintain records, policies, and internal process documentation Assist the founder in ensuring discipline, clarity, and smooth operations

What We're Looking For



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in office administration and basic HR operations Calm, organised, and dependable under pressure Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality Comfortable interacting with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
