Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and direct them appropriately.
Maintain office records, inventory, and ensure availability of supplies.
Assist in HR and accounts coordination, including attendance, leave records, and basic billing support.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel plans, and office events.
Supervise housekeeping and office maintenance activities.
Handle vendor management and procurement of office essentials.
Prepare and manage office reports, data entry, and MIS updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in administration/office management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
