Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Office Admin

to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team. The candidate must have strong skills in

Google Sheets

for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations Perform data entry and maintain reports in

Google Sheets

Handle calls, emails, and documentation Schedule meetings and maintain records Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination Support basic accounting/billing tasks (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an admin role (preferred) Graduate in any field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
