Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner. Maintain records, files, and documentation--both physical and digital--for easy retrieval. Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks such as attendance management, payroll assistance, and expense tracking. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff and visitors. Supervise office housekeeping, stationery, and facility management. Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a professional work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Executive, or similar role. Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Pay: ₹18,731.54 - ₹24,716.30 per month
