Handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and managing calendars.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining files, records, and databases, both physical and electronic.

Financial Tasks:

Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

Support Staff:

Providing administrative support to various departments and staff members, including HR-related tasks.

Greeting visitors, answering client inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
