Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor management
Schedule demos, meetings, and interviews
Maintain and update both physical and digital files and records
Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and document preparation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Assist in petty cash handling and invoice follow-ups
Prepare regular reports for management
Candidate Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related role
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred
