Ambica Industries, located in Mallapur, Hyderabad, is seeking a reliable and proactive
Office Admin
to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organised, trustworthy, and capable of managing administrative tasks, logistics, and inter-office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, documentation, data entry, etc.)
Manage deliveries and collections of materials/documents as required
Visit suppliers, clients, and other office locations when needed
Coordinate with internal departments and maintain communication records
Maintain inventory and office supplies
Assist with vendor management and purchase follow-ups
Support the accounts and production teams with clerical tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office logistics
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass / Intermediate / Graduate
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
Should be comfortable with field visits (local travel)
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Work Timing:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
