We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join Hana The Happy School. The candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately.
Handle parent communications.
Coordinate school events.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation both physically and electronically.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Skills
Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
