Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised
Office Admin + Business Management Associate
to support day-to-day operations, assist management in business tasks, coordinate internal departments, and ensure smooth workflow across the office.
This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a professional approach to administrative and managerial coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration
Manage daily office operations, documentation, and filing systems
Oversee office supplies, inventories, courier handling, vendor coordination
Handle inward/outward communication professionally
2. Business Management Support
Assist management with follow-ups, reminders, task tracking, and business coordination
Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and business reports
Coordinate between departments (sales, marketing, operations, accounts)
Help in planning schedules, meetings, and managerial tasks
3. Communication & Coordination
Maintain strong internal communication with staff
Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners as required
Schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closures
4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare basic MIS reports, daily status updates, and management summaries
Organise digital and physical documentation for easy access
Assist with invoice tracking, record maintenance, and admin paperwork
5. Support for Sales & Operations
Assist in order coordination, quotation preparation, and backend updates
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch for order-related follow-ups
Support marketing and business development teams with data, communication & logistics
Skills & Requirements
Fresher or 1+ year of experience in admin, coordination, or business support
Strong communication in Tamil and English
Organised, disciplined, and able to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills and professional behaviour
Familiarity with South Indian work culture (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Positive attitude, punctuality, and responsibility
