Handle daily office admin tasks (calls, customer follow-ups, maintaining records).
Manage telecalling and respond to customer inquiries.
Post and update content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
Reply to messages, comments, and maintain customer engagement.
Follow up with clients regarding orders and updates.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English.
Basic knowledge of social media handling.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
Experience in admin/telecalling/social media will be an added advantage.
