Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Maintain and organize company records, documents, and correspondence Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Handle incoming calls

, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed Ensure an organized and welcoming office environment
Candidate Requirements

Female candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred)
